Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as store credit depending on the case.

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or design, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
